Apache Pizza was born in 1996 in Dublin with a simple mission: to bring authentic Italian flavors to Irish homes. What started as a small family-owned pizzeria quickly grew into a beloved brand across the country, known for quality ingredients and exceptional taste.
Our founders, Maria and Giovanni Romano, brought their family recipes from Naples, Italy, and adapted them to suit local tastes while maintaining the authenticity and craftsmanship that makes Italian pizza special. Their commitment to excellence and passion for great food is still at the heart of everything we do.
Over the years, we've expanded to over 50 locations throughout Ireland, but our core values remain unchanged. We continue to handmake our dough fresh daily, source the finest ingredients, and train our pizza chefs in traditional methods. We're proud to have become a part of communities across Ireland, delivering not just pizzas but memorable experiences to families, friends, and pizza lovers everywhere.
